This was a great read. Covers the full gamut of neurological limits to human cognition and how technology has aggravated our ability to manage tasks effectively. The authors end the book with some wonderful pragmatic behaviors and practices to tame our distracted minds. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
